Getting the Features You Need in Pocket Size Cameras

If you're like most people who have a pocket size digital camera, you love all the cool
features that help you take great pictures without all the hassles. People lead busy lives
today and have little time for reading thick user manuals just so they can snap a photo. The
pace of technological advancements makes it very hard for digital camera makers to keep
up. It's these advancements that have consumers buying the latest and greatest camera on
the market. Continue reading to learn the dish on several different pocket size digital
cameras by Canon as well as the features that are different about them.

Actually, we went back and forth about what would be best to discuss on the topic of Tips
You Can Use When You're Shopping for the Right Digital SLR Camera for You.

There is a limited amount of space in any one article, but of course we have written more
about this which is available on our site.

The web has such an amazing amount of content on it that you are sure to find much more.

Everything you can find out will be of service to you in some way, and maybe that will be in
the far off future; but that is all right.

The only way you will be in a the best position to decide what course to follow is through
timely information. Our first review is of the pespectable Fujifilm FinePix F80EXR. It has a
mega-zoom feature that may appeal to some. The 12 megapixels of this camera are great for
large prints. The price of this camera is reasonable when you take into account the advanced
features that it has. The EXR sensor offers three different modes to choose from. Because of
these different modes, you essentially have three cameras in one. The three modes are
highest resolution mode, optimum dynamic range mode, and lowest possible noise mode.
More impressively, the F80EXR can also analyze the scene and make the best choice for
you. Because of the improvements made and out of sense of fairness, we will next take a
look at the Nikon Coolpix S3000. Nikon has earned a show of respect, after all, because
they've been around for awhile. Because this ultra-compact camera is inexpensive, it is good
for those with a matching budget. Unfortunately, the S3000 isn't much better than average.
With 12 megapixels and others, it has what would be considered standard features. But in
sunlight, it can be difficult to see the LCD screen, unfortunately. And because it is made
mostly of plastic, this camera looks cheap. The image quality is nothing to get excited about
either as we felt it was just average. Designed for a specific budget, you won't be able to do
more than simply get the job done with this camera.

Now, let's take a look at the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS5. You can produce good pictures
with this pocket size mega-zoom camera. The features offered on this camera make it a
decent alternative to some other cameras on the market. This 12.1 megapixel camera
produces quality photos with good image sharpness and has an ultra-wide lens. You also
have the ability to exert manual control with this camera. Combined with the 25 mm wide
angle lens, the 12X optical zoom capacity is what qualifies this as a mega-zoom camera.
Because there is no viewfinder with a mega-zoom, simply use the 2. inch TFT display. There
you have it, just a few of the lower end (in our opinion) pocket size cameras. These cameras
can be a good way to test out digital ultra-compact cameras if you've never used one. They
produce decent pictures and are reasonably priced.
