About the Presenter
Jim Parry is the owner of So-Brand, a business consultancy specialising in creating
customer and brand focus in organisations. He works with a range of businesses
helping them clarify their brand strategy and implement change so that they can grow.
Working with business leaders and owners Jim facilitates brand planning and strategy
workshops, helping identify marketing growth initiatives, creating employee
engagement and coaching leaders.
Jim approaches planning in a straight forward, collaborative manner. The first stage
includes clarifying where the business stands today, getting to the root cause of
current dynamics and identifying the key issues and objectives.
He works alongside his clients, reviewing the business and developing strategies to
make sure they are able to deliver clear goals and achievable steps. The aim is to
provide a framework, guide clients through the process, challenge the assumptions
and thinking, and help develop appropriate brand and people engagement strategies
and tactics to grow.
Following the completion of a clear business strategy, and brand and growth plan, Jim
often continues to work with his clients on a monthly basis assisting with
accountability, delivery and refinement of the plan during execution.
