Satisfy ALL  COMPLAINTS  immediately. Give customers  MORE than they expect.  Everyone loves a free gift. KEEP IN TOUCH  with your customers. Don’t forget your customers and don’t let your customers forget you. Ask for  REFERRALS  from your best customers. These are the best leads.
Write down your most powerful  DREAMS. Set daily, weekly, monthly and yearly  GOALS –  and do whatever is necessary to achieve them. REWARD  yourself for reaching your goal. Make a  TOTAL COMMITMENT  for at least one year to do your best. CHALLENGE YOURSELF  daily. LISTEN 80% of the time,  talk 20%. Make  UNDERSTANDING  people more important than product knowledge. Tell others  what they are   INTERESTED  in knowing, not what you think they should hear. Aim to sponsor people who can give you the  BEST RETURN  on your investment. Work on TOP PRIORITY  PROSPECTS that produce the highest returns. APPROACH former TOP PRODUCERS  of companies that are no longer existing. They may be open now to listening. CONCENTRATE on what you can do  for your distributors and customers, not on your own profits. KEEP IN TOUCH  – thru texts, calls, emails, chats, meetings. Pass on pertinent information IMMEDIATELY!
DUPLICATE yourself and your efforts thru others.  Make distributors independent of you. KEEP it SIMPLE : Do things others can easily duplicate and copy. LEAD BY EXAMPLE.  Never stop recruiting, training and retailing. Your distributors will tend to do what you do. MOTIVATE your group.  Give recognition and offer rewards for specific achievements. PRAISE  your distributors’ accomplishments,  PUBLICLY. Do not pass NEGATIVE  rumors downline! Check out the facts yourself. Spend  money on things that will make more money. Minimize expenses. This is the key to growing profits! Plow your profits BACK  into wise investments and into building your business. You alone are responsible for the success of your business!
KEEP LEARNING DAILY.  Read books and magazines. LISTEN  to motivational and training tapes. Constantly improve daily. READ biographies  of successful people and be inspired by their lives. MINGLE with TOP DISTRIBUTORS.  Ask how they made it. Collect INSPIRATIONAL quotes. Make things HAPPEN . Don’t wait for the “rain” to come. Schedule important tasks  when you are at your best.
