ABSTRACT
In this project assembly of stenter machine is operated
automatically using PLC and HMI .The speed is
control by vfd.
Principle : speed synchronization
There is one master motor and no of slave motors are
synchronized throgh the command of master motor.
As we are preparing a demo model of the system which
operate stenter machine so only one slave motor is
used.

 PLC converts speed in rpm into analog count and
according to that speed synchronization is achieved.

 Hardware model
We have connected two vfd for speed control, mcb for
protection, plc for automatic control, hmi for giving
input, RS-232 and RS-485 for communication.
We are providing three phase supply.

CONCLUSION…
From this project we can quickly synchronized master
and slave motor.It becomes very helpful in industry as
we can operate it remotely by PLC and HMI.
