per day of carbs is recommended.
For gradual weight loss, carbs should be reduced to 50
to 100 g a day.
Accelerated fat loss requires a carb count of under 50
grams a day.

primal diet
The main difference between the Paleo and the Primal
diet concerns the inclusion of dairy products.
Paleo diet suggests to eliminate the dairy products
whereas the primal diet suggests the consumption of
good quality, full-fat dairy products, such as butter,
cream and full-fat yogurt.
The Primal diet recommends choosing dairy products
from pastured animals and consuming them raw
instead of pasteurized.
