2. Action Item 1: Global Workgroup Motion: GW should focus on developing a distance learning orientation with content to support student success and on how best to deliver the orientation. We propose this list of tasks and timeline be approved as part of this action item.

Discussion Item 1: Intellectual Property report The committee discussed a draft set of changes to Section 12 (Intellectual Property) of the VCCS Policy Manual and comments from System Counsel, Rita Woltz. As a result of committee discussions, a revised set of proposed changes will be sent to System Counsel for her review.
