4. What is the Immune system? The Immune system is one of the ten systems needed to survive , it helps you fight back at infections and diseases that attack your body. Some of these diseases could be deadly but all thanks to our Immune system we are more likely to survive. With out our Immune system we would be living in a life threatening time.

5. How the Immune system works? The Immune system is like an army with different blood cells doing different jobs. Let’s say you get a cold. During the time you are sick your Immune system is fighting the cold, like a war going on inside you, and the medicine just helps the Immune system do its job.

6. What the Immune system connected to? The Immune system is special because it’s the only one trying to protect the body. All the others are stopping you from being a lump of skin, keeping the blood pumping through your body, keeping the human race going and making you able to move. Their all unique in their own way but the Immune system is connected to all the systems. It’s connected to the nervous system especially, because the brain needs to send out messages to the body saying to attack. But as I said the Immune system is connected to all the systems in the body, by trying to protect them.

7. Where is the Immune system? The tonsils release white blood cells to get rid of any throat infections. The adenoids in the nose also helps releasing white blood cells when you are sick. Your Immune system is mostly all over your body and in your white blood cells.

8. How to protect the Immune system? We protect the Immune system by eating healthy food and getting immunised at an early age. A great way to protect your Immune system is to eat lots of vitamin E, vitamin C and Carrots are also good for your Immune system.

9. Immune Response The Immune response is when you cut your self for example when you bleed your white blood cells are the ones who keep out all germs and diseases and keep us healthy. As it shows on our model the white blood cells all go to the cut and help the skin close up the wound.
