PROTOTYPING&TESTING ALTERNATIVE DESIGN DIRECTIONS INITIAL SKETCHING ALTERNATIVE DESIGN DIRECTIONS 32 1 PROCESS Over a six-month engagement frog and Sky team worked together to envision, design and detail the service proposition across a wide range of platforms, including connected TVs and gaming consoles, as key part of a differentiating offering. ! As part of an extensive group of consultants, frog collaborated daily with different stakeholders to ensure viability and effectiveness of the solution across marketing and tech development. 
 Frequent moment of contact with final users were planned to verify project decision along the way, form concept evaluation to final usability testing.

 CHWs are crucial links connecting the communities they serve and the health system. To be empowered and activated CHWs need to be provided and regularly resupplied with commodities, diagnostic devices, information and non-medical enablers such as bikes or boots. To be empowered and activated CHWs need to be provided with a well-orchestrated set of activities and services that support them all along their journey, from the moment they are recruited and trained to the day-to-day service they deliver to their communities, to the incentives and growth plans that are meant to keep them motivated.
