ACTIVITY: The Simpson’s.
LEVEL: 1st-2nd ESO.
FOCUS: To practise the saxon genitive.
MATERIALS:
Teacher: PowerPoint presentation using computer and video projector.
Students: notebook to write 15 sentences using the genitive.
TIME: 20 minutes.
PREPARATION:
On their notebooks students write numbers 1-15 in column. They write each sentence
as they are shown the slides.
PROCEDURE:
Students are shown the numbered slides, one by one. Individually they write 15
sentences using the genitive with the words given.

They have a son, Bart, and two daughters, Lisa and Maggie.
