Nothing worse could happen to you than to walk into a room and have nobody notice. The best thing that could happen to you

The most powerful tool
Limbic/ Neo-cortex part of the Brain. Emotional Intelligence can be taught, but often is not what is taught. There is very little feedback that occurs in Leadership Training Courses. Most formats involve straight lecture which is directed to the neo-cortex part of the brain and learning. How the LIMBIC part of the brain, that controls Emotional Intelligence, learns is with feedback. Motivation and extended practice with feedback go to the LIMBIC part of the brain that controls Emotional Intelligence. The cortex part of the Brain controls concepts and logic.

WHY IS THIS SO IMPORTANT?
INCREASING USE OF TEAMS
PACE OF GLOBIZATION
NEED TO RETAIN TALENTED PEOPLE
PROFICIENCY IN MANAGING REALTIONSHIPS AND BUILDING NETWORDS l THE ABILITY TO FIND COMMON GROUND AND BUILD RAPPORT
MUST FIRST BREAK OLD HABITS AND ESTABLISH NEW ONES. WHEN WHAT YOU KNOW ABOUT YOURSELF IS/BECOMES MORE IMPORANT l POWERFUL THAN WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN TAUGHT TO BELIEVE l You have Arrived!
YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOU NEED IT AND YOU HAVE TO WANT IT AND YOU HAVE TO CONSCIOULY INTEND IT TO BECOME A REALITY IN YOUR LIFE AND WORK….THIS CAREER AS A LEADER. IF YOU WANT TO BE A LEADER THEN YOU MUST EMBRACE THE JOURNEY OF SELF ASSESSMENT AND SEE IT AS AN ONGOING PART OF THE PROCESS AND YOU MUST DEVELOP EMOTIONAL INELLIGENCE.
It is essential that in the creation of the Leadership STYLE l PRESENCE l POWER that we also remember that we create our world and thus our reality through our words. OUR WORDS COME FROM OUR THOUGHTS “As a Man thinketh in his heart so is he.”
So where does the negative in our lives come from: WE THINK IT! And even more Powerfully, WE SAY IT. One goal for the development of this STYLE, PRESENCE, and POWER is the development of a Verbal (and Non-Verbal) Style of Communication that is free from negative expression: I do not want to be Fat/ I do not want to be Poor/ I do not want to lose money.
