in 2003 based on school №6,
which was opened in 1986.

We teach our students to cooperate and develop their personal
qualities. Five students have been awarded the special fund of the
President of the Republic of Belarus for the social support of gifted
students.

9. The pedagogical staff is highly professional. It consists of 57
teachers. 74% of them have the “highest” and the “first” qualification.
The teacher of English Olga Ivanovna Kunashko is a laureate of the
special fund of the Republic of Belarus for the support of gifted
students.
Olga Ivanovna Kunashko, Svetlana Vasilievna Novik , Ludmila
Alexandrovna Oleshkevich, Irina Kazimirovna Derkach are awarded
the diplomas of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

11. GPA is 8,4 points.
Our students take part in olympiads, contests, on-line olympiads. They
carry out different projects, for example, Holiday Card Exchange,
Staying Healthy, Cultural Package exchange and others.

12. Gymnasiun №1 is the leader among the educational establishments of
Novogrudok district according to the results of participation in
Republic Olympiads in academic subjects.
Our students have won 42 diplomas of the district level,
4 diplomas and 5 certificates of the regional level.
2 students, Ilya Klimko and Valeriy Komar, will take part in the
Republic Olympiads.

13. Our Gymnasium has its own emblem,
anthem, slogan , flag and the code of
honour of the gymnasist.

14. Our gymnasium atmosphere encourages students to develop their
creative skills.
Our traditional events are Gymnasists’ Initiation, First Former’s
Initiation, The Star Olymp, Self-government Day, Novovision song
contest, Amataur theatre contest.

15. Today our gymnasium is an establishment with beautiful and
cosy classrooms.
