This unit builds on the topic of innovation previously covered in Design Thinking. It

Building on the Effective Communication unit, this exercise-driven unit, will concentrate
on building an argument using Top Down Thinking. The focus is on constructing
powerful communications.
13. Globalization and Team Milestone Project Units

In these final 2 units, participants will learn how companies think about global
expansion and operating in new markets. The milestone project utilizes acquired
knowledge on business analysis and communication to help a company develop an
expansion strategy into a new market, namely Saudi Arabia.
