Notas do Editor
Was trying to create an intro here of the existing services we provide so we can discuss how HPRP is a supplement to those services without going into a big discussion of both our programs
ADD BILL’S MODEL
Discussion of our CoC structures; I couldn’t remember all the counties/communities you serve. Is Montgomery Philadelphia? Hidden homelessness concept that youth are under represented in our CoC; don’t know if you experience the same thing?
HPRP grants and the structure of how they are set up. Are you the fiscal agent in all your grants? Who are community partners in each?
Basic outreach stuff; we can both talk about examples of how this is done in each of our communities. You mentioned in your notes you wanted to add stats..do you have some to add here?
Importance of larger percentage received supportive services to remove barriers to homelessness; i.e. throwing someone into housing does not solve underlying problems that created situation. even more so for RHY pop.
