9. If you don’t have an account, click create account using a
personal email address, not a shared email.
10. TROUBLESHOOTING: When you create an account, you
must use the same personal email address that was
reported to Rotary International for your role
11. Note: Please use your personal email and not a shared
email. This is YOUR My Rotary account
12. Enter your City and Postal Code. Then select “I am a club
Member” and choose “Rotaract” as the club type
13. Begin typing the name of your club and choose the
correct entry from the dropdown menu
Please note your club name will
appear as it is recorded in the Rotary
International database, not as the
club is referred to locally. If you
cannot correctly identify your club
from the dropdown menu, contact
rotaract@rotary.org, check your
club/district records, or confirm the
club name on your official Certificate
of Organization provided by Rotary.
14. If you know your Member ID enter it, if not you can leave
the field blank. When finished click Continue
15. NOTE: Please wait 72 hours for
new accounts to be created.
Then you can return to the
sign in screen at Rotary.org.
20. TROUBLESHOOTING: If your email address was not
previously reported to Rotary International, the Rotaract
Workgroup will not appear. You must report your email
address before proceeding.
21. TROUBLESHOOTING:
If you are a district Rotaract chair (DRC), ask your district governor to
report your role through My Rotary’s district administration.
If you are a district Rotaract representative (DRR), ask your district
governor to email data@rotary.org with the following information:
• Full name of the DRR
• Name of the Rotaract club the DRR belongs to (note: the club must
have Active status with Rotary)
• Name of the sponsoring Rotary club of the Rotaract club
• Personal email address of the Rotaractor who will serve as DRR
22. TROUBLESHOOTING:
If you are a Rotaract multidistrict contact and your email address has
not been reported, email rotaract@rotary.org with the name of your
multidistrict organization and your role.
23. Haven’t reported a Rotaract club president or Rotaract
adviser for your club?
Start by going to www.rotary.org/rotaract
24. Scroll down to Tools, then click
Update your club and membership data
25. Complete this form to report the Rotaract president or
Rotaract adviser for the current Rotary year
26. After the form is submitted, the data will be entered into
RI’s database within 72 -96 hours.
Then you can sign in with the proper access
27. If your email address has been reported but you still
don’t see the Rotaract Workgroup, try signing out of
Rotary.org and signing back in again
28. You can sign out by hovering over your name at the top
of the My Rotary site. Click Sign Out, then sign in again
29. Once you receive access to the Rotaract Workgroup,
select your language at the top of the page
30. Now click on the folder for the
Worldwide Rotaract Directory
31. You made it! Here you’ll find current reports on
Rotaract clubs and Rotaract leaders
32. NOTE: The Worldwide Rotaract
Directory and statistics are
updated quarterly. They will
only contain information that
was updated in the previous
quarter.
33. Use the Worldwide Rotaract Directory
to connect with the global network of Rotaract
34. Just remember: for data security reasons, DO NOT
forward, distribute, or post any reports outside of the
secure Rotaract Workgroup site.
