This document describes an after school program called Proje that uses engaging activities like music, art, drumming and kickboxing to help students realize their strengths and potential. The program aims to build trust and confidence so students are not afraid to share their thoughts, and ensures everyone feels believed in, cared for, and able to achieve positive things. It helps students discover who they are, what they love, what they are good at, how they can help their community, and encourages them to dare to dream and make their dreams happen.
