1. Inserting a Picture

3. l Place cursor where Picture will be inserted

4. Select From File

5. Click Insert tab

7. Find and select picture to be inserted

8. Click Insert

9. Click Format tab

10. Click Picture

12. Select and Click Size Tab

13. Click OK

14. Enter Height

15. Click Crop Button

16. Click and drag Edge handle to Reduce width of picture

17. Handles from any edge may be moved to crop from the sides, the top or bottom

18. Select Format Picture to make fine adjustments

19. Right-click anywhere on the picture to bring up format menu

20. Select Picture tab

21. Cropping information can be manually entered in these boxes

22. Adjust cropping and size information until both height and width are equal.

23. Right-click anywhere on the picture to bring up format menu

24. Select Format Pictures

26. Select Layout tab

27. Select Tight to make text wrap tight around picture

28. Click OK

30. Formatting complete
