REFERRAL PROGRAM
A referral program is a word-of-mouth
marketing tactic that encourages
customers to advocate on behalf of your
brand. The purpose of a referral program
is to attract new leads to the business.
To improve, we can elevate the referral
fee especially to the hard-to-fill roles. We
can also extend this program to the non-
employees – people who are outside the
organization or former employees who
wanted to refer their colleague who is
resigning or whoever in their network.
