(R.A. No. 10354)
The Republic Act No. 10354 is also
known as responsible parenthood and
Reproductive Health Act of 2012 or
simply the Reproductive Health (RH)
Law.
6. B. The tobacco Regulation Act of
2003 ( R.A No. 9211)
The Republic Act No. 9211 is also known as
the tobacco Regulation Act of 2003 aims to
prohibit smoking in all public places which
includes the following:
• Mall , schools and parks

to increase awareness of everyone in the
prevention of the environment.
Environmental Education will be included in the
curriculum of both public and private sector such
as barangay daycare, preschool youth program.

Control Act of 1998 ( R.A. No. 8504)
The Republic Act No. 8504 or the Philippine
AIDS Prevention and Control Act of 1998
promulgated policies and measures in the
prevention and control of HIV/ AIDS in the
country. Likewise, the law established a
comprehensive monitoring system and
nationwide campaign through information
dissemination and various educational
programs.

Act of 1994 ( R.A. No. 7719)
The Republic Act No.7719 known as the
National Blood Services Act of 1994 promotes
the voluntary donation to provide an
adequate supply of safe blood. The law
likewise regulates blood banks and provides
penalties excessive charging of fees and
operating without permit or license to do so.

( R.A. No. 8750)
The Republic Act No. 8750 or the
seatbelt Use Act of 1999 requires the
mandatory compliance of both public
and private drivers and passenger to use
seat belt. It also requires all
manufacturers to install seat belt devices
in all their vehicle products.

The Republic Act No. 9775 is known as
the Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009.
It defines the Crime of child pornography
and the corresponding penalties on the
said act.
