He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from
Newport University, USA, majoring in Total Quality Management.
He has 40 years operation experience in Manufacturing and
Service Sectors and has undertaken various Managerial and
Engineering positions in MNC's and Hong Leong Group. His last
assignment in Hong Leong Group was the Department Head for
QPP Department .
His regional consultation includes:-
• one of the assessors for a Baldrige style assessment for an
Indonesian telco in year 2003
• conducted Strategic Planning workshops in Shanghai in May
and June 2012
• conducted a customized Team Building with Digital Technology
in Beijing in October 2012
