UTILITY BILL SUMMARY
How much are you spending on gas and electricity per year? Results of Your Home
This chart shows how much you're spending annually on utility bills and the amount that's being spent on gas vs. electricity. Your Energy Audit
utility costs are an important factor when deciding which efficiency measures make the most sense for your home. Williams Residence

PG&E ELECTRICITY RATES
How much are you paying for top tier electricity? Results of Your Home
PG&E encourages energy conservation by increasing the price you pay for electricity over a baseline. Electricity in the top rate Energy Audit
tiers costs almost four times as much as power at the baseline. Therefore, any conservation that can be achieved will have a Williams Residence
disproportionately large impact on your bill, as you will be conserving the most expensive electricity first. Mar 26, 2010

identify which areas are most appropriate to improve based on your health, comfort and efficiency goals. Mar 26, 2010

Windows are an important component of a well performing building envelope. It’s important, however, to consider the energy Energy Audit
savings potential of window replacement compared to other building envelope improvements as steps like building envelope Willimas Residence
sealing and insulation are typically more cost effective and will have a greater impact on improving comfort and health. Mar 26, 2010
