Role & responsibility -
 To achieve production targets with high efficiency with time based top quality output.
 To set the line as per production plan.
 To carryout daily preventive maintenance of extruder & process related equipment.
 To arrange raw materials and other related inputs as per production plan.
 To carryout in process inspection of film per the guidelines & quality norms
 To spot out the problem areas and inform Line Manager with suggestions. Generate the shift
documents. i.e. Daily reports, Monthly reports – Shift efficiency, Machine efficiency.
 To implement systems and measures to bring out higher machine efficiencies and reduction in
wastage on a continuous basis.
 Run the product like polyester, BOPP, Nylon, Metalized extrusion coating film supplied to various
customer
 Handle extrusion coating production line (Fonk Key)
 Die related all work like die disassemble & assemble.
 Die tooling, filter change, scanner operating etc work on line.
 Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre set production targets.
 Planning day-to-day activities, production schedules, allocating work and conducting
 Eva coat on Matty & glossy Bopp/Polyester film.
 Responsible all production related activity & complete line plan in given time.
 Set all process parameter for various product.
