6. General Classroom Etiquette
• Arriving late to class is disruptive
• No cell phones in the classroom
• No food or drink in the classroom
• No children in the classroom
• Individual instructors will give you further instructions
particular to their teaching style

7. Should You Come to Campus-
General Parking Rules
• If you drive a car on campus you can park in any area other
than handicap or areas designated staff parking
• Do not Park in designated areas reserved for:
– Campus Administration/Services
– Handicapped parking are marked with universal handicap symbol
• Students may be ticketed for parking in wrong areas policed by
city law enforcement
• City parking tickets are handled at city hall
• Parking regulations are not the same on every campus. Check
Las Cruces campus parking rules when visiting their campus
