Swimming is a very good exercise to maintain proper health and fitness. No matter how old a person is, swimming is a perfect workout for all age group of people. But if you are afraid of water then it’s never too late to join swimming classes for health benefits and fun.

Hudson Valley Swim offers the premier
instructional swim program in the Hudson
Valley region. Our lesson plan has been
developed over many years of working with
groups such as the US Swim School
Association, U.S.A. Swimming, and the
American Red Cross.

3.  This class is for children 6-36 months.
 Each child must be accompanied by a parent or
another trusted adult.
 The objective of this swim level is to introduce
children to the water for the first time.
 Maximum class size is 8 students with
parents.

4.  A program designed for children 3 to 7 years of age.
 Children have some apprehension about working away
from their parents.
 The class is designed for parents to help work with their
child in the water until the swimmer is comfortable
working directly with the instructor.

5.  This program is designed for students,
ages 8-12
who have little to no swim lesson
experience.
 Students will become comfortable with
all aquatic
positions above and under water
 This is a 45 minute class and there will
