4. This is how it looks and works
After registration participants receive their login details via email
An introduction letter explains the methodology and process. Thereafter the first page on authenticity
opens. The reader is introduced to the concept and leadership principle.
5. At the bottom of each page colleagues
can participate in discussions about their
experiences of the leadership principle.
External or
internal
coaches/mentors
can facilitate
discussions
6. At the top of all the pages participants can write in their private
journals and later review their self-conversations
Keeping a journal helps you to be more self-aware and observant, form and strengthen
your identity, work on ideas, clarify and express your thoughts, review lessons you’ve
learned, affirm your beliefs and values, and celebrate your progress over time.
“I write to keep from going mad
from the contradictions I find
among mankind – and to work
some of those contradictions out
for myself.” - Michel de
Montaigne
7. The next page in the week-module is an illustration, a model,
diagram or story. The image below illustrates the importance of
balancing the need to define oneself and being in touch with others.
8. The next page guides the participant’s self-reflection with questions
about his own level of personal mastery, his strengths and
weaknesses in relation to the leadership principle
9. A small assignment for the week ahead will help the participant to
put the principle in practice. Below is an example of an activity to
practice strategic thinking
I can do
this!
10. By the end of the week the participant will be guided to reflect on
his experiences and learning from the practical assignment
Send your week’s
work to your
coach/mentor
