This is how it looks and works
After registration participants receive their login details via email
An introduction letter explains the methodology and process. Thereafter the first page on authenticity
opens. The reader is introduced to the concept and leadership principle.
At the bottom of each page colleagues
can participate in discussions about their
experiences of the leadership principle.
External or
internal
coaches/mentors
can facilitate
discussions
At the top of all the pages participants can write in their private
journals and later review their self-conversations
Keeping a journal helps you to be more self-aware and observant, form and strengthen
your identity, work on ideas, clarify and express your thoughts, review lessons you’ve
learned, affirm your beliefs and values, and celebrate your progress over time.

The next page in the week-module is an illustration, a model,
diagram or story. The image below illustrates the importance of
balancing the need to define oneself and being in touch with others.
The next page guides the participant’s self-reflection with questions
about his own level of personal mastery, his strengths and
weaknesses in relation to the leadership principle
A small assignment for the week ahead will help the participant to
put the principle in practice. Below is an example of an activity to
practice strategic thinking

Participants can select any of the remaining topics that interest them.
The planning can however also be coordinated by the program
coordinator. See the 32-bar indicator of progress.
Start any time
Receive a 32 Leadership Principles Program Certificate for
successful completion (Finished all 32 week-modules and
attended the four full-day facilitation sessions)
Coaching and facilitation support
The program is designed to optimise learning and
development through the combination of facilitated
reflection, group learning (spontaneous blog
discussions), personal coaching and facilitated
group sessions.
Internal or external coaches can effectively be
linked to the program.
New Era Leadership offers four full-day facilitation
sessions over the duration of a year for groups
participating in the program
To get going … Three options
1) Online registration (as public program)
Click on ‘register’ at the top left of the www.newlead.co.za
homepage and then select ‘corporate offering’.
Select the total number of users you want to register
Select the blog community (Company and division will be the
company and division names entered further down)
Fill in your own details as program coordinator/administrator in
the rest of the form
After EFT payment (SA banks) you will receive an automated
email requesting you for the names and email addresses of the
participants to be uploaded
2) Manual process
After consultation, approval and payment on invoice,
participants will be uploaded on the system and login details sent
via email
3) Customized for corporate needs and branding
The option is available to customize the program with your
corporation’s own flavour and branding.

  • 7. The next page in the week-module is an illustration, a model, diagram or story. The image below illustrates the importance of balancing the need to define oneself and being in touch with others.
  • 8. The next page guides the participant’s self-reflection with questions about his own level of personal mastery, his strengths and weaknesses in relation to the leadership principle
  • 9. A small assignment for the week ahead will help the participant to put the principle in practice. Below is an example of an activity to practice strategic thinking I can do this!
  • 10. By the end of the week the participant will be guided to reflect on his experiences and learning from the practical assignment Send your week’s work to your coach/mentor
  • 11. Participants can select any of the remaining topics that interest them. The planning can however also be coordinated by the program coordinator. See the 32-bar indicator of progress. Coaching and facilitation support The program is designed to optimise learning and development through the combination of facilitated reflection, group learning (spontaneous blog discussions), personal coaching and facilitated group sessions. Internal or external coaches can effectively be linked to the program. New Era Leadership offers four full-day facilitation sessions over the duration of a year for groups participating in the program
  • 13. To get going … Three options 1) Online registration (as public program) Click on ‘register’ at the top left of the www.newlead.co.za homepage and then select ‘corporate offering’. Select the total number of users you want to register Select the blog community (Company and division will be the company and division names entered further down) Fill in your own details as program coordinator/administrator in the rest of the form After EFT payment (SA banks) you will receive an automated email requesting you for the names and email addresses of the participants to be uploaded 2) Manual process After consultation, approval and payment on invoice, participants will be uploaded on the system and login details sent via email 3) Customized for corporate needs and branding The option is available to customize the program with your corporation’s own flavour and branding.
