4. SCOPE AND SIGNIFACANCE
Demand for managers who have strategic approach towards
management crisis.
Quality of education is the base of employability.
Acute consideration should be provided for gender dynamics
and stereotyping that exist in the management education.
5. SPECIFYING THE RESEARCH PURPOSE
This study is sought to determine the major gender issues
that has been confronting in the management education. It
also seeks to tease out the various deficiencies that exist in
the management education. It also explains how to deal with
these issues and by that ensuring employability and avoiding
gender bias.
6. METHODOLOGY
Questionnaire method – Target questions :
Target question where designed to conduct this study because
it demands an investigative questioning as it leads to core
issues of management education which is a too specific study.
Questions includes structured questions.
7. Research Questions
In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the questions
were generated.
The data generated will help to unravel the major challenges
in management education in respect to gender issues.
The data generated will help in evolving appropriate
measures and alternatives and that will enable academicians
to compact the problems and make employable managers.
In addition the data generated will also help to expand the
frontiers of knowledge or add to the existing literature in the
area.
8. Research Questions
Finally it is hoped that the outcome of the study will help in
making breakthrough changes in the management education
and an solution to gender bias that exist.
9. REPORTING AND EVALUVATING
RESEARCH
The result of the investigation revealed that there does not
exist an inequality of gender in the management education.
Gender has never been a barrier in the career life span.
There do exist a stereotyping in the management education
while taking specialization which are due to prejudiced
thoughts of the society.
Male and female behavior at work and classroom are
different because there does not exist gender dynamics.
Acquired characteristics and in born sex difference have only
partial influence, it does not effect much on the performance
level.
10. CONCLUSION
The results of the study have helped to throw light into a new
dimension of management education and has become a
solution to eradicate the dilemma that exist in the
management education with respect to gender aspects
Study demands for a redefining of the management
education.
Following ways can help in dealing the gender issues in the
management education
Be acutely sensitive to the gender dynamics in your
classroom.

Encourage all students to speak.
Provide all students with a lot of feedback and
encouragement.
Be attentive to differences in communication styles
Rethink
