INTRODUCING ME
My name is: Franklin Ramón Cuarán Pinto, born on July 29, 1989, in the Tulcán
city, Carchi Province, Republic of Ecuador, the name of my father is Ruffo Cuarán
and my mother is Cristina Pinto , my primary education in the school "Cristóbal
Colón", and secondary in the "Institute Technologic Superior Bolivar", graduating in
2008, after working for a period of four years at the Law of the Ab. Jesus Quizhpe
as Legal Assistant, after that period of time to resume my studies at the "Carchi
Polytechnic State University" I'm currently in the first "A" of the Faculty of Foreign
Trade and International Business, where I give my greatest effort to acquire
knowledge that will help me later can deal professionally as Engineer in Foreign
Trade, my expectations for this and the following levels are to learn, get good
grades and work with my colleagues to some day see each useful for professionals
society.

My bedroom has blue walls. When you walk into my room you can see my bed. It
is made from brown wood. If you look to the left you will see my wardrobe and my
desk. In my wardrobe is most of my clothes and shoes. My desk has my Computer
and ps2 on. It also has my dvds and computer games on. Its quite messy.If you
look to the right you will see my chest of draws and a big shelf. On the chest of
draws is a mirror. On the shelf is jus a few more DVDS and some books,some
more make up, a few stuff animals, games for other consoles and a few decorative
items. My furniture is all a light brown colour.On the walls are 4 posters. At the end
of my bed is another shelf. On that shelf is all my Twilight books, some Rock
pictures and a few more guitar. My room is quite small.

First level
Friday es my favorite day. I always get up at 7h00, then I'm going to trot and jave a
big breakfast. I leave my house to college at 8h00, I have classes from 8h00 to
11h00. I also help my mon cook lunch.
In the afternoon I always see movies until 17h00, I usually meet my friends and
dancing. We sometimes hang out at the mall if the weather is bad. I never go out
on Friday evenings. My friend Jorge Luis often comes over and we play video
games or we watch a Movies.
But at night with my friend Jorge Luis who is my best friend going to a nightclub,
and returned at 23.00 to the house, to unwind from a long and fun day.

Teenage Life in Ecuador
Family Life
Generally the families in Ecuador are numerous and therefore they work the father and
mother suckles her to maintain the house, it is for that reason that the children most of time
passes alone but in the afternoons they meet to eat and a time passes in family.
School Life
Most of the students enter to classes at 7:30 o’clock and they study different subjects in
different classrooms, the school life is very interesting because it is exchanged ideas and
feelings with partners and when concluding the classes all the students they go to its
houses.
Free Time
Most of the adolescents from Ecuador dedicate their time free to the sport like the soccer
and basquetball, to listen music, to have a good time with friends, to go for a walk for the
parks and for I finish they rest to begin a new work.

The Beach
The beach is a place of distraction where people enjoy the climate since is hot and
she is also a very beautiful place to share with the family.
Most of people go to these places in vacations to enjoy with their children, in the
beach there is sand where the children build castles, people like to walk since for
the bank of the water it is relaxing, people use parasols to cover the sun a little, in
the beach as many things as the water exist, the sand, palms that make people to
feel comfortable and to pleasure.

THE CARNIVAL
The carnival in Tulcan is a public celebration that takes place immediately before
the Christian Lent, with date variable (between February and March), and that it
combines some elements like disguises, parades, and parties in the street. For
extension they call this way themselves some similar parties in any time of the
year. In spite of the big differences that their celebration presents in the world, its
common characteristic is the one of being a period of permissiveness.

CARNIVAL FLOWERS AND FRUITS
The Flores party and the Fruits are a popular celebration that is carried out
February of every year 17 in the county of Tungurahua (Ambato-Ecuador), 40 days
before Week Santa. The Party of the Fruit and of the Flores it is denominated one
of the most beautiful celebrations around the country. It is the commemoration to
the loss suffered by the inhabitants of the city soon after the earthquake of August
of 1949. The name of the party 5 is the great production local fruits and floral that
coincides with the first months of the year.

date in my country, april 11. Where it is celebrated with events like the parade and
the crier in which the whole community participates and institutions are also in the
evenings festivities with fireworks.
All this to be one more year Canonization.
It is done usually in mid-march or early April in the spring season as it is a proper
season for fun of all.

Iron Man is my favorite hero, Tony Star, became a hero due to a circumstance that
forced him to create a suit wit and intelligence that allowed him free from his
captors, and that was the reason why the suit further developed called iron man
allows him to help people, to chest height has its energy source that also helps to
keep alive to Tony Star, his suit is made of a special alloy titanium gold, and
painted red.

CONCLUSIONS
The autonomous work help us shape our portfolio as it presents the evidence that
not only summarize a student's academic work, but individual learning processes
explicit, metacognitive processes describe socio affective individual and group,
have judgments about the overall performance assessment, assess the
achievement of objectives and the development of skills and establish future goals
of personal and professional development.
They have an intentional activity, made with specific purposes and criteria.
Demonstrate the student's self-reflection processes.
They are a tool that allow assessment, self-assess and evaluate both processes
and learning outcomes of students.
