• In conclusion, all these image choices give inspiration as they focus on the various different
aspects and subgenres of metal. The various different fonts all share similar features, various
edges and effects on the text and the colouration matching the imagery surrounding it. This
formatting sticks to the established house style of metal and alternative genres, which give it
a gothic and violent lustre. The use of dark colours, and mixes of black and red, support the
notion of using a dark colour scheme for any publications from this genre.
