4. OBJECTIVES Show how adept each member is in the terminologies of technology. Elect officers that are responsible and committed leaders that would head the club. Finalize and print the environmental poster. Explore WordPress and create your own blogsite.

28. PRESIDENT The President shall: Help in presiding and conducting the club activity periods in an orderly manner with the Moderator Plan and coordinate with other officers the schedule of activities per meeting.

29. VICE - PRESIDENT The Vice-President shall: Assists the President and Moderator in facilitating activities of the club When the president is absent, she assumes the role and responsibility of the president.

30. SECRETARY The Secretary shall: Give due notice of all meetings, post/inform the discussion to all club members. Keeps and checks the attendance, and collect club members contact details.

31. TREASURER The Treasurer shall: Shall account for the Club’s expenditures, make sure all the club members have paid the necessary fees and keep a proper account of the finances of the club.
