paint brush)
• NEVER let your
brush rest with
paint on it!

10. Clean Water!

clean!
• No share-skies!
• Wipe your
brushes between
the paint colors
• Use a paper
towel or a paint
rag

11. Can’t paint with a
GROSS brush
• Swirl your brush
in the water
• Rinse the brush
in the water
• Rub some soap
into the brush,
• Rinse most of
the soap away
• Form the brush
to dry
• Stand it up to
dry

12. Save your Paint!
• Mix in the well!
• Use a palette
knife to save the
acrylic paint that
is not “tainted”
• DON’T PUT
ACRYLIC PAINT
INTO THE
DRAIN!!
