A Tech Steward researches new technologies, selects the appropriate tools to enhance worship experiences, coordinates tech teams to implement these tools, and trains volunteers on their use. The role requires being resourceful, trustworthy, optimistic, and open, as well as having skills in technology, collaboration, learning, and teaching. Tech Stewards help churches identify how technology can support outreach and better engage congregations.
