A marketplace connecting tourism micro-entrepreneurs with travelers
interested in genuine experiences and in positively impacting the communities
they visit



A global participatory action research project advancing the way tourism
micro-entrepreneurship fosters sustainability and self-determination of
individuals with vulnerable livelihoods

The project is fueled by an interdisciplinary team of committed NC State
faculty and students

As the project grows, we develop research and implementation
partnerships with academic institutions, development organizations and
industry - in the US and internationally

profiles for micro-entrepreneurs and their services.
