Cancellation Policy
Cool Cab believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation
policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the cancellation request is made before 4 Hours of
Pick up time. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have
been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of
shipping them.
No cancellations are entertained for those services that the Cool Cab marketing team has
obtained on special occasions like Diwali, Christmas, Dasehara etc. These are limited occasion
offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Cancellation Policy
When you pay for hiring cab services, your purchase is not covered by money back
guarantee. Cool Cab at this moment does not have money back policy. If you are, for any
reason, not entirely happy with our service, our customer support team will cheerfully help
you and will provide best solution as per situation.
We will issue 100 % refund the payment from 24 working hours after booking a cab subject
to the if any banking charges.
Customer should be shared their details like Name, Booking /Order ID, Address, Contact No.
etc. via mail to process the cancellation request.
Refund will be done only by cheque.
Refund will be done in the name of Car User not by car booker.
