8. Means of transport
• Talk about using different methods of transport.
To say ‘by bus/ car/ train/ boat/ plane’, we use
坐 (sit) , and for riding a bicycle and horse,
we use 骑 (ride).
• subject + 坐/骑 + transport + 去 + country/ place

中国。(I take plane to China.)
• If there is a time phrase in the sentence,
then that comes before the means of
transport. E.g.
• subject + time + 坐/骑 + transport + 去 + place
