Hummus- is a Levantine Arab dip or spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas, blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. It is a popular food throughout the Middle East and elsewhere.
4. Foods Peking Duck- Peking Duck, or Peking Roast Duck is a famous duck dish from Beijing that has been prepared since the imperial era, and is now considered one of China's national foods. Sushi- Sushi is a Japanese dish consisting of cooked vinegared rice which is commonly topped with other ingredients, such as fish or other seafood, or put into rolls.
5. Foods South Indian Dosa- Dosa is a fermented crepe or pancake made from rice batter and black lentils. Hoppers from Sri Lanka- Appam, Aappam Hoppers, are a type of food in Tamil, Nadu, Kerala and Sri Lankan cuisine.
