The document provides 12 triage scenarios with patient details and suggested triage scores. For each scenario, the triage score and brief rationale is given, focusing on airway, breathing, circulation, risk of deterioration, and urgency of treatment. The scenarios cover a range of medical conditions and injuries seen in emergency departments.
