    of your business objectives.

•   We will work with you towards creating a Change Roadmap that is clear, strategic,

    mutual sharing on the current ‘state of play’

•   Assessment – where you currently are– where your customers think you are.

•   Tools - To introduce you to some specific tools related to design thinking,
    encouraging innovation and moving towards a customer centric business focus.

•   Workshop - The workshop will act as a focal point for the Design Engage Program

•   Plan for Implementation - The wrapping up of all learned in the previous sessions.
    The agreement on the Roadmap and the readying of you to start Phase 2 should this
    be appropriate.

The workshop will act as a focal point for the Design Engage Program giving the you the
opportunity to work with us to focus the learnings of the previous sessions into the foundation
of the roadmap

Pool all the outputs and inputs from the previous sessions and combine this
with the tools learned

Work in facilitated multi-disciplinary teams to:
