- All information taken from Cadet Regulations F-3 Who stands? 1/c cadets (who are on a rotation) When? Remain in watch office all day except for classes and sport’s excusals Can find a stand-in if needed
- Several more Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a proper study hour environment Ensure proper maintenance of the key logs and lockers Report all Academy sports results via email to the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Commandant of Cadets Brief the RC (or RXO), and the Assistant Commandant of Cadets prior to 0900. Give synopsis of previous day’s events (e.g., sports, vans, medical issues, emergencies...) and anticipated events of the day (e.g., restricted cadets, sports, inspections, contract work...). Complete a Watch Performance form, detailing the performance of the ACDO. Ensure the ACDO evaluates the JCDOs. Submit the form to the ACDO's Company Officer Maintain a log containing entries on all activities and unusual occurrences during the day Monitor the use of the public address system and act as approving authority for all announcements Personally execute all restricted cadet formations

In the company wing area, at the podium of the OOD is not there, in the dayroom if the OOD is there Other Responsibilities: Perform rounds around company Review standing order from Company Commander/Executive Officer Company Orderly Who? 4/c cadet When? One hour per week – sign up at the beginning of each semester Where? In the company wing area HOT WORD List of duties for the company orderly, with specific tasks to be completed every day Comp. Chomp completes these first, then moves on to other tasks
