Healthcare
Scenic Bluffs Community Health Center was
founded in 1994.
In 2011, 7,570 patients were served in 24,252 office
visits (SBCHC, 2011).
In 2009, Scenic Bluffs had an overall economic
impact of $5.3 million to the local economy (Capital Link,
Inc., 2010).

7. Preparation for Development
Cashton has made infrastructure improvements and
is prepared for development.
Water Capacity: capacity available for growth with 500,000
gallons of elevated storage (similar to Viroqua)
Sewer Capacity: facility has not reached half of its capacity
Electrical Capacity: substation has capacity for growth
Back-up generation is close to maximized, but we are one
of the few communities of our size that have back-up
generation capability.
