ON THE CONDUCT OF CAPACITY BUILDING SEMINAR ON CHILD
PROTECTION POLICY FOR TEACHERS AT SALAWAG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

abuse, and exploitation because of their physical and mental immaturity. These can happen anytime and

measures and protection of children against all forms of violence, injury and abuse, neglect,
maltreatment and exploitation, including sexual abuse.
The same is mandated under the Philippine Constitution which shall defend the rights of the
children to assistance, including proper care and nutrition, and protection from all forms of neglect,
abuse, exploitation and other conditions prejudicial to their development (Article VX, Section 3

DepEd Child Protection Policy. This is a set of guidelines in ensuring the protection of school children
