Benjamim A.S.M. M'Bakassy is currently involved with the development of executive education programs anchored on the application of "the HBS case method" for leadership and business ethics development. As a PhD Candidate in Management at the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Beira Interior (Covilhã, Portugal) his research focuses on business ethics with special emphasis towards the role of management and leadership in regards to organisational purpose, corporate social responsibility, corporate philanthropy, business ethics, and management pedagogy.
