14. Differences Evernote and Diigo offer much of the same functionality. Evernote is a little more powerful, but has a downloadable desktop component to get the full functionality. They also have a limitation on the free version. Diigois entirely web-based and free!
28. My Library Diigo exists in the cloud. You can access it from ANYWHERE and on any compatible device. So a highlight or sticky note I make on my work computer is visible from my smart phone or home computer.
