Webmaster
Webmaster will be the contact person for the information architecture, domain
host, domain / subdomain registration service, etc.
Will liaise with all Stakeholders in receiving and posting information
Checking accuracy and integrity of web content
Providing reports, statistics, and system analysis to stakeholders
Supporting and maintaining web applications.
Delivering web applications to customers (e.g., documentation, installation and
testing, integration with other systems)
Uploading & Maintenance
Template development / customization and implementation
Uploading materials to the domain hosting service
Coordinating and assigning priority for all web applications
Delegating web tasks where appropriate
7. Roles & Responsibilities
• Define Stakeholders for the overall website and also part / portions of
the website(s)
• Design & Content Writers – primarily Corporate Communication
responsibility
• Web Master – Played by IT, no formal defined role and position at
present
