The results are unsettling, especially at the high school level…  74 % of high school teachers,  72 % of high school principals 62%  of parents of high school aged children said  yes to that question…
only  47% of  high school students agreed
Reading is a foundational skill  for learning, personal growth, and enjoyment.  The degree to which students can read and understand text in all formats (e.g., picture, video, print) and all contexts is a key indicator to success in school and in life.
