Collaboration: The Mechanics



     Partners initiate contact with a potential host at IISc through e-mail

     / short exploratory visits.
     Formulate a collaborative research proposal.

     The host at IISc will pilot this proposal.

As of early March 2009:
     Three proposals have already been funded.

     At least four more are being prepared.
 2


     First student is already at IISc on a six-week long visit.
