ResponseCard NXT allows for text entry responses and self-paced testing. It has an LCD screen and durable casing. It uses two AAA batteries with a battery life of 6-12 months. It can communicate with various receivers up to 200 feet away and store responses until uploading. It supports multiple choice, fill in the blank, and essay questions.

1. ResponseCard NXT offers the same response features as other RF clickers,
with advanced capabilities such as cell-phone style text entry for short
answer and essay questions. The main feature that the NXT provides is its
self-paced test mode for individual assessment. The unit also contains an
LCD display that indicates responses have been received.
