job.”

• Date has been collected by using
questionnaires to support the hypothesis
• Questionnaires were being filled by financial
advisor, sales manages of SBI Life Insurance of
chavoni branch, Nagpur.
• The number of sample has been taken 50.
8. Conclusion
• Over all employee of SBI life insurance
are having good work life style.
• They are happy that they get scope of
explaining ideas to their employer
• These employees mostly face situational
stress.
• They rarely enjoy their time at work
place and at home.
• Most of them are suffering from
excessive work load.

• These employees believe that most stressful
aspect of their work are unreasonable hours
of working and narrow deadline.
• They also feel that these stress factors are
adversely affecting their work.
• A part from these they think that there is a
connection between their job stress and their
increasing responsibility.
• They have tedious job.
10. Suggestion
• I would like to suggest that employee should
prefer daily excise to maintain good physical
health
• Have more free time with their friends and
family
• Maintain their hobbies
