2. Health: - a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely absence of disease (if not
wear full cloth in winter, then cold will occur)
Health education: - it deal with the natural laws pertaining to the body, mind and environment. These law
relate to fresh air, sun light, diet, exercise, rest, sleep, cleanliness, climate, good habits and above all life-
style.
Education is needed to replace ignorance by knowledge and bring about change in beliefs and
direction favourable to health.
Community means commonness
Healthy mind reside healthy body
Social health: - relationship between an individual and group
Spiritual health: - self realisation

identified by WHO are follows
I. Adequate supply of safe water and basic sanitations
II. Promotion of food supply and proper nutrition
III.Immunisation against major infectious diseases
IV.Maternal and child health care and family planning services
V. Education of people about health problem (Advertisement about tobacco
shown in theatre, and in newspaper even advertise that how to prevent
from malarial disease )
VI.Provision of essential drugs
VII.Appropriate treatment of common disease and injuries

Occupation also involved in health issues e.g. The person
working in night shift duty his health also effect. Take max tea or
