1. Villa Alhambra of Coral Gables Condominium Association, Inc. Elections
Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 6:30 p.m.
Present: Marc Halpern, Association Attorney; Narcy Henriquez, Regional Director for The Continental
Group, Inc.; Elaine Perez, Property Manager for The Continental Group, Inc. and The Board of Directors,
Magali Uribarri, Maria Victoria Rua, and Randall Gluss.
Called to order at 6:35 p.m.
Reading of meeting minutes – Magali Uribarri made a motion to read them in the next meeting. Randall
seconded the motion. All were in favor.
Magali Uribarri, President turns meeting over to Marc Halpern the attorney.
Marc Halpern asked for volunteers to tally votes.
Tally count took place.
Marc announced the new Board of Directors. They are as follows:
Geraldine Brod
Maria Victoria Rua
Magali Uribarri
Meeting Adjourned at 7:10 p.m.

Group, Inc.; Elaine Perez, Property Manager for The Continental Group, Inc. and The Board of Directors,
Magali Uribarri, Maria Victoria Rua, and Geraldine Brod.
Called to order at 7:15 p.m.
The Board of Directors elected the positions for each member to serve on the board. They will be as
follows:
Geraldine Brod, Secretary & Treasurer
Maria Victoria Rua, Vice President
Magali Uribarri, President
Meeting Adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
