This risk assessment form details Toby Adshead's plans to record sound effects for a radio production at Heath Park. It will involve recording outdoor sounds like cars and stairs from March 12-11. Toby will take precautions like standing on pavements away from vehicles and only running up 3 stairs at a time. It will also require fight scene sounds which Toby will safely create using a punching bag and dropping objects against walls rather than actual physical contact. With controls in place, the overall risk is assessed as low.

pavement out of harms way from the vehicles.
Trip Hazards/Stairs I will be recording a lot of sound effects on stairs and the majority of them I will be running to prevent
me from tripping up the stairs I will only run up three steps and the duplicate it in post production.

Punching sound I will create this sound by punching a wall bag (Punching Bag), As I am trained to punch this bag I will
not be putting my self at risk and this sound will only take one shot to create so I will not be putting my
self at risk
Pushing sounds This sound will be created by dropping something against a wall to create a bang and then an added
sound effect of the voice actor will be put over the top this helps prevent anyone from actually being
pushed up against the wall.
