Sudeep has been with the Magic Bus Centre since 2007, first as as Course Leader and then
promoted to Senior Course Leader in 2011.
He is also been involved in leading and coordinating many of the Centre programme portfolio. This
has included National and International Schools operating a variety of curricula, NGO’s and
Corporates. Examples of which are: Felsted School U.K, Singapore International School, Mumbai,
DSB (German School) Mumbai, EFIB (French School) Mumbai.
A key responsibility he manages is the design, communication with, and deivery of programmes that
engage the local rural communities to the Centre. He has built good relationships to ensure both the
rural and tribal communities work in conjunction with the schools and corporates.
Sudeep is the Centre Environment expert. As well as integrating environmental projects for clients
on their programmes he has been responsible for driving the envronmental awreness in the Centre
and surrounding communities.
He has completed to Certificate in Experiential Education and Practices (CEEP) and is about to start
the Diploma (DEEP).
Prior to Magic Bus Centre Sudeep worked as Project Coordinator at ‘Next 100 Years’, a Media
company, specialising in creating documentary films on environment issues. His passion for film and
photography still burns in his current role. Prior to this he worked as a free lance group and camp
leader on nature, environmental and adventure activities and camps. As with the media interest, his
environmental awareness continues and is an avid bird watcher and animal rescuer. He is an expert
in snake rescue, holding the Forest Department of Mahaashtra Certification.
Sudeep has been involved in some memorable, and challenging, adventurous activities. These
include
Kullu(Himachal Pradesh) to Khardungla Pass (Leh, J&K) Mountain Biking Expedition in Aug‐
Sept 2009) Organized by Youth Hostel Association of India on their 60th
Anniversary. This is
one of the toughest cycle routes in the world with its terrain, remoteness and altitude.
Cycled from Panvel near Mumbai to Kathmandu (Nepal) in March‐April 2005
Completed several Himalayan treks with Youth Hostel Association of India as volunteer as
Camp Leader.
